There are certain conditions under which LED lashes are not recommended. Beware of larger systems that may expose clients to higher UV levels; in such cases, additional precautions—such as black eye pads for above and below the lashes and protective goggles—must be implemented for your safety. The Application Process
At Skin Sculpt Studio, we prioritize your comfort and satisfaction. Here's what to expect during your appointment:
Personal Consultation: Our skilled technicians will meet with you 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to discuss your desired lash style, length, and volume of the lashes. If you have a certain look in mind, please bring or send pictures! Just remember to note when looking at pictures, your eye shape compared to the eye shape of the picture. This can drastically change what look certain styles will give you. So if you know your eye shape, it always helps to google eyelash extensions for your eye shape.
Preparation: Once we have styling sorted, we’ll get you comfy on our beauty bed and then clean your natural lashes to prepare them for the application. We do use eye pads and tapes to secure bottom lashes, please be sure to let us know of any allergies.
Application of LED Lashes: Using our safe LED system, we will apply each lash carefully, ensuring they blend seamlessly with your natural lashes. The innovative technology allows the adhesive to cure instantly, eliminating prolonged exposure to fumes and ensuring a safe experience. You shouldn't feel any pain, discomfort or heat. If you have sensitive eyes and often experience irritation with regular lash extensions, this method may significantly reduce any discomfort from adhesive fumes, allowing for a treatment experience free of redness afterward. However, sensitivity or reactions from eyepads or the actual ingredients, can still occur, so please inform us if you experience any discomfort during your treatment. A patch test is advised for those who have had irritation or reactions previously from lash extensions.
